I just read this great book. It is about an island off the coast of Hawaii where they kep lepers back in the late 1800's. I am such a stinkin' crazy reader so that whatever I put on my blog will be good so accept my book review and go read it!!
So this answers my book question. I will read it next. That is if I can find it at the local Menan library which is a double-wide trailer behind the elementary school. Man I live out in the sticks! -- Charrise
oKay, first of all the name of your blog cracks me up, schizz is still one of my favorite and overused words in my vocab! 2nd, I love the sassy picture of you at the top, you crack me up! I can't believe Allie is 6, holy crow, where did the time go!! I'm excited to read the blog and stay updated!!
I recently found your blog. YEAH! I love it. I had no idea that you'd had a third little one. I have two kids now. Michelle has twin boys. Thank goodness for blogging!
My name is Kathy Schroder and I am the rockin' mom of 3 fabulous kids and wife to a man who thinks that everything I do is wonderful I am full of mischief?!?
9-13-2008: We went to look at some elk that were gutted behind the hotel. As Porter approached he looked at the elk hung up, stopped and said: "You don't pet those"
10-17-2008: We went hiking today and we saw a rock that had a big crack down the middle of it. Porter stopped and patted it and said: "That's OK, you'll be alright"
10-18-2008: Sitting down to dinner Porter decided to say the prayer. I was helping him along and I told him to say that we are thankful for the gospel and he said: "We are thankful for basketball" I guess they sound alike right and we should be thankful for both.
11-1-2008: Porter is being pottytrained and therefore is wearing big boy underwear. He came in to my room today and pointed to his underwear and said: "I find a penis door". He had found the little boy flap in the front of his underwear.
11-9-2008: We were sitting in sacrament meeting today and Porter grabbed my face and said: "Momma your eyes are beautiful". (Not really a funny thing to say but it was so very sweet)
11-12-2008: Alli came home from school on election day with a sticker that said she had voted. I asked her who she voted for and she said"Uncle Sam"
1-4-2009: Porter grabbed the phone tonight and said,"I want to call Jesus". We gave him the phone and he said,"I want to come to your house, bye bye".
1-25-2009: We were driving down the road today and Porter was looking up at the clouds and said "That cloud is broken it needs to be fixed, let's go home and get me toolbox and I will fix that cloud"
3-18-2009: As I was getting the kids ready for bed tonight I became extremely impatient of the bedtime routine of telling my kids to get out of the bathtub 10 time and get dressed 10 times and I started yelling. Alli turned to me and said "Mom, you are listening to Satan and not to Heavenly Father". She is a smart one and it jolted me back into reality pretty quickly.
12-6-2009: Porter found my Little Tyke nativity and was playing war by having Joseph and Mary have a shootout over the couch.
1-12-2010: Porter told me he had to go poop today and it was going to be BIG and FURRY!
